Pumpkin Apple Cider Smoothie
If you were to describe fall flavors with a smoothie, this would be it. Perfectly sweet with a touch of cinnamon.
- 1 large New York apple, cored and chopped
- 1-2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice, or equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup ice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve!
