Pumpkin Apple Cider Smoothie


If you were to describe fall flavors with a smoothie, this would be it. Perfectly sweet with a touch of cinnamon.


    • 1 large New York apple, cored and chopped
    • 1-2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice, or equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger
    • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
    • ½ cup canned pumpkin
    • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
    • 1 cup ice


    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
    2. Pour into a chilled glass and serve!
