Ingredients
Dressing miso-ginger
- 1 ounce(s) miso
- 2 ounce(s) lime juice
- 1/2 ounce(s) ginger minced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 ounce(s) rice wine vinegar
- 1 cup(s) olive oil
Salad
- 1 pound(s) baby arugula
- 1/4 cup(s) mint
- 1/4 cup(s) cilantro
- 1/4 cup(s) parsley
- 2 cup(s) apples julienne
- 2 ounce(s) julienne ginger
Instructions
- Mix miso-ginger ingredients together in a bowl.
- Combine all salad ingredients in a separate bowl, add miso-ginger dressing and toss.
