Ingredients

Dressing miso-ginger

  • 1 ounce(s) miso
  • 2 ounce(s) lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce(s) ginger minced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 ounce(s) rice wine vinegar
  • 1 cup(s) olive oil

Salad

  • 1 pound(s) baby arugula
  • 1/4 cup(s) mint
  • 1/4 cup(s) cilantro
  • 1/4 cup(s) parsley
  • 2 cup(s) apples julienne
  • 2 ounce(s) julienne ginger

Instructions

  1. Mix miso-ginger ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients in a separate bowl, add miso-ginger dressing and toss.
