New York Apple Smoothie
New York Apples are an excellent choice making delicious and filling smoothies.
- 1 medium NY apple, diced
- ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- ¼ cup almond milk or nonfat yogurt
- 1 handful chopped kale
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into a cup and enjoy.
