New York Apple Protein Smoothie


Try this quick and easy smoothie if you’re short on time but need a tasty and nutritious snack.


  • 1 medium red NY apple, diced
  • 1 medium green NY apple, diced
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup 1% milk, or plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat)


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into a cup and enjoy.
