New York Apple Protein Smoothie
Try this quick and easy smoothie if you’re short on time but need a tasty and nutritious snack.
- 1 medium red NY apple, diced
- 1 medium green NY apple, diced
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup 1% milk, or plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat)
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into a cup and enjoy.
