Holiday Detox Green Apple Smoothie


Refuel and get back on track with this super smoothie packed with healthy nutrients – it’s refreshing and totally tasty.


    • 1 large New York apple
    • 1 – 2 cups fresh kale
    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup of ice
    • One teaspoon of your choice: chia seeds, flaxseeds, nut butter
    • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
    • Dash of cinnamon
    • Pomegranate seeds for topping


    1. Add apple, kale, banana, nuts, ginger, and cinnamon to a blender.
    2. Process until thoroughly blended, then pour into a glass and serve with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
