Green Apple Smoothie
Refuel and get back on track with this super smoothie packed with healthy nutrients – it’s refreshing and totally tasty.
- 1 large New York apple
- 1 – 2 cups fresh kale
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of ice
- One teaspoon of your choice: chia seeds, flaxseeds, nut butter
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
- Dash of cinnamon
- Pomegranate seeds for topping
- Add apple, kale, banana, nuts, ginger, and cinnamon to a blender.
- Process until thoroughly blended, then pour into a glass and serve with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
