Ingredients
- 2 New York State apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup quick oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Blend apples, almond milk, Greek yogurt and oats in a blender for one minute. Add spices and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
