Ingredients

  • 2 New York State apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend apples, almond milk, Greek yogurt and oats in a blender for one minute. Add spices and blend for 20 seconds. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
