Apple Honey Almond Smoothie


This smoothie is so good that you’ll feel guilty drinking it, but you don’t need to. It’s a protein-packed, healthy alternative to sugary drinks.

  • 1 large New York apple
  • ½ cup coconut, almond, or soymilk
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • A pinch of cinnamon


  1. Add apple, milk of choice, almonds, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, then pour into a glass and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
